  Dr. Craig Henry

 
Dr. Henry received his Doctorate of Optometry at the State University of New York in 1990. He did a clinical rotation at Northport Veteran's Hospital on Long Island, NY, which concentrated in visual development and rehabilitation.

A popular speaker, Dr. Henry has presented lectures at local private and public schools throughout the Cumberland County area. He also presents continuing education classes for his optometric colleagues as well as occupational therapists and other allied health professionals.

Along with his wife, Dr. Henry opened this office in 1991. Their goal has been and continues to be to help people in the community with their vision care.

Dr. Henry enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is married to Dr. Fran Aryani, who is also an optometrist and they have two grown children. They both love to travel in their spare time.

Dr. Fran Aryani loves helping her patients maintain their precious gift of sight. Whether it is detecting and managing eye disease or finding the exact right prescription so her patients can see well for all the activities in their lives, Dr. Aryani is here to help.

Dr. Aryani graduated from SUNY College of Optometry in NYC in 1990. She did a special clinical rotation in Vision Therapy and received the Dr. Frederick W. Brock memorial award for outstanding clinical performance in vision therapy.

Licensed to prescribe therapeutic medications, Dr. Aryani is also licensed to diagnose and manage treatment for glaucoma.

In addition to practicing traditional optometry, Dr. Aryani loves helping patients with binocular vision disorders (difficulty using both eyes together); she shares, "I love working with patients with optometric vision therapy. For example, there was a child who had an eye turn, and with the help of vision therapy, his eyes are now straight and he is using both eyes correctly and is able to see 3D."

Dr. Aryani enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is married to Dr. Craig Henry, who is also an optometrist and they have two grown children.

Along with her husband, Dr. Aryani opened this office in 1991. Their goal has been and continues to be to help people in the community with their vision care.

Dr. Aryani especially enjoys being a part of her patient's lives and seeing her young patients grow up.

  Dr. Steven Shehan

 
Dr. Shehan Joined Family Eye Care in August of 2013. Originally from Bellefonte, PA, he graduated Bellafonte High School in 1993. He went on to study Biology at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and graduated Suma Cum Laude in 1997. Dr. Shehan furthered his education by attending the Pennsylvania College of Optometry where he graduated in 2001 with High Honors in Pediatrics. After graduating he in enrolled in the Primary Care Residency program at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.

Upon graduating from the Residency program in 2002, Dr. Shehan became a Clinical Instructor at The Eye Institute. In 2003, Dr. Shehan became the Chief of Optometric Services at the Elk County Eye Clinic in St. Marys, Pennsylvania. During his time at the Elk County Eye Clinic, Dr. Shehan became a proctor for the National Board of Examiners clinical skills exam.

Dr. Shehan currently resides in Camp Hill with his wife and two children. He is an Eagle Scout and is a current Webelo 2 leader in Cub Scout Pack 196. Dr. Shehan is an avid sports fan, movie enthusiast, and enjoys spending time with his family.

  Dr. Melissa DeBello

 
Dr. Melissa DeBello received glasses in 5th grade and has wanted to give others the gift of sight ever since. Dr. DeBello grew up in Reading, PA and went on to pursue her dream of becoming an optometrist, graduating from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2016.

She then went on to complete a residency at the Manchester New Hampshire Veterans Affairs Medical Center in ocular disease. After completing her residency, she decided to return to her home state of Pennsylvania.

When Dr. DeBello is not at the office, she loves hiking, playing tennis, and spending time with her loved ones. She looks forward to caring for those in and around the Mechanicsburg area.
